ABOUT US

Founded in 2019 by Abhishek Ravi, Minutemen Racing is the first Formula SAE team at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Our mission is to design, build, and compete with a Formula-style race car in the May 2026 Formula SAE competition in Brooklyn, Michigan. Where we are assessed for our vehicle design, development and performance.

Our Team consists of 50 students with a range of skills, who are actively working on the development and assembly of our car to put together a completed vehicle ready for testing in Spring 2025.
